1. About Warranties on Fashion Accessories

Unlike electronics or appliances, fashion accessories — including belts and leather goods — are not subject to mandatory statutory warranty requirements under US federal law. However, at Beltori we believe that premium craftsmanship deserves a genuine quality commitment.

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee reflects this belief and is offered as a voluntary assurance of our confidence in the materials and construction of every product we sell.

This guarantee is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws.

2. What the Guarantee Covers

Our 6-month Craftsmanship Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use conditions, including:

3. Guarantee Period

The Craftsmanship Guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of original purchase as confirmed by your Beltori order confirmation. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

4. How to Make a Guarantee Claim

If you believe your Beltori product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@beltori.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photographs showing the defect from multiple angles.
  • Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
  • If the claim is approved, we will arrange for return of the item (at our cost) and provide a replacement or repair at our discretion. If a direct replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

Note: Guarantee claims must be submitted within the 6-month guarantee period. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable state law.

5. Care Recommendations

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Beltori products and preserve your guarantee, we recommend:

  • Store belts rolled or flat — avoid hanging for extended periods, which can distort the strap.
  • Keep leather away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.
  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use leather conditioner sparingly and only with products appropriate for the specific leather type.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, solvents, or harsh cleaning agents.
  • For metal hardware, a dry or lightly damp cloth is sufficient for routine cleaning.

6. Limitation of Guarantee

This Craftsmanship Guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Beltori with respect to product defects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beltori disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the scope explicitly stated herein.

Beltori's maximum liability under this guarantee is limited to the original purchase price of the defective item.
