Returns & Refunds

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your Beltori purchase, we'll accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery — no explanations needed.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
  • In its original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, stains, odors, or signs of use.
  • Accompanied by all original packaging, dust bag, tags, and accessories as received.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking adjustment for items received in a condition that does not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been custom-ordered, personalized, or engraved to your specifications.
  • Items showing visible signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

2. How to Return

Contact Us

Email info@beltori.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item

Securely pack the item(s), include your RMA number, and ship within 7 days of receiving authorization.

Receive Your Refund

Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please use a trackable shipping method for your return. Beltori is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account (typically 3–10 business days).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Beltori error or a confirmed defective item.
  • International duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Any applicable promotional discounts or gift card amounts will be preserved in the same form.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items returned in a condition that shows minor signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on beltori.com. This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beltori.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will assess the situation promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
