Shipping Policy

Free Economy Shipping on all US orders over $100. We ship worldwide — every Beltori order is carefully packed to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Beltori is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to ship Beltori products worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Beltori has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.

Beltori is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. All international shipments are declared at full commercial value as required by law. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare value.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided. For consolidated or forwarded shipments, tracking may show limited updates until the package reaches the destination country's postal network.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Beltori is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@beltori.com — we will do our best to update the address before shipment.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with building reception.
  • Wait 24 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered early by carriers.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If the issue is unresolved, contact us at info@beltori.com.

Beltori is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend adding a signature requirement or using a secure delivery location for high-value orders.
