Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Beltori.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from Beltori. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1.  About Us

Beltori.com is an online retail store selling fashion belts, buckles, straps, and related accessories. The Site is owned and operated by NOBS Biz LLC (“Beltori”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our products are designed for personal, non-commercial use.

2.  Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

  • The information you provide to us is accurate and current


3.  Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

  • Colors and textures may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting

  • Product dimensions and specifications are approximate and provided for reference

  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product at any time without notice

  • Availability of products is not guaranteed and is subject to change


Beltori products — including belts, buckles, and straps — are designed for normal, intended use as fashion accessories. Use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose is at the buyer’s own risk.


4.  Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted

  • Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

  • By submitting an order, you authorize NOBS Biz LLC to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method

  • Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable state or local law

  • For international orders, additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes may be levied by your country. These charges are the customer’s sole responsibility. Beltori has no control over and cannot predict these charges.


5.  Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on Beltori.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

  • Cancel orders where payment fraud or unauthorized use is suspected

  • Cancel orders where a pricing error occurred on our Site

  • Limit order quantities per customer or household


If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


6.  Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed

  • Beltori is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances outside our control

  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees

  • Beltori is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout


7.  Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by the Beltori Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Key terms:

  • 30-day return window for eligible unused items

  • Free economy return shipping for domestic (US) customers on eligible returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in warranty or defect cases

  • Non-returnable items include final sale items, custom orders, and worn or altered products

8.  Warranties

8.1  Limited Product Warranty

Beltori warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This limited warranty:

  • Covers manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase

  • Does NOT cover normal wear and tear, fading, scratching from regular use, or damage from improper care

  • Does NOT cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use inconsistent with product instructions

  • Is valid for 90 days from the date of confirmed delivery


To make a warranty claim, contact info@beltori.com with your order number and photos of the defect within the warranty period.


8.2  Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, BELTORI.COM AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOBS BIZ LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


9.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBS BIZ LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.


IN NO EVENT SHALL NOBS BIZ LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.


10.  Intellectual Property

  • All content on Beltori.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, is the property of NOBS Biz LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without express written permission from NOBS Biz LLC

  • The Beltori name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of NOBS Biz LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited


11.  User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Site

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without permission

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • Resell Beltori products commercially without prior written authorization from NOBS Biz LLC

14.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation

  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law

  • You agree to waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration

  • Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or other urgent matters


Customers in the European Union or other jurisdictions may have additional consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOBS Biz LLC with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
